No-Show Policy: A customer who fails to be present or otherwise provide reasonable access to the vehicle at the scheduled appointment time may be considered a no-show. No-show appointments may be subject to a $75 fee and may require a deposit or payment in advance before future appointments can be scheduled.

Late Arrival Policy: Customers are provided a 15-minute grace period after their scheduled appointment time.
